Media & Democracy has previously reported on the European democracy campaign that the International Youth Think Tank (IYTT) carried out from 1 to 3 April. The results will be presented at IYTT's lunch event "Lindholmen Democracy Talks" on 20 April.
By placing two chairs on the street and inviting passers-by to short intense conversations about democracy, Youth Fellows from the International Youth Think Tank have taken the pulse of civic engagement in 17 European cities. Now it's time for the think tank to share experiences and results from the conversations.
It takes place during Lindholmen Democracy Talks and the program provides an overview and discussion of hundreds of answers obtained. Live on stage is also offered a taste of IYTT's method for democracy talks, "Open Chair Democracy Talks".
The participants are Blerta Hoti, Social Democrat and member of the municipal board in the City of Gothenburg and Johanna Lind, Ministerial Councilor at the Swedish Embassy in Madrid.
