The next Audiovisual Days are planned for spring 2021. Then in a further developed format that includes four innovation programs within Lindholmen Science Park, of which Media & Democracy is one.

Audiovisual Days - formerly Västsvenska filmdagarna - has been organized for nine years and is broadly aimed at actors in moving image and audiovisual media. During two intensive days, participants are offered a varied program of lectures, panel discussions and workshops with a focus on current industry-related issues, nationally and internationally. Among other things, development and innovation in film, television, audio and video-based journalism and games are highlighted.

Starting in 2021, Audiovisual Days takes a broader approach to the theme of audiovisual media. Behind the new venture are four programs within Lindholmen Science Park: Film & TV, Visual Arena, AI Sweden and Medier & demokrati.
